The hens are laying at an increased rate right now, and that means more eggs for us! If you have not tried them yet, I hope you will this week.
The eggs from My Dad and Me Family Farm are my family's favorite eggs. My children can tell a difference when I do NOT have them, and will not hesitate to say, "these are not farm eggs". (So, I have been getting more each time so that we NEVER run out!)
Some of the ways we enjoy preparing our eggs are:

*Over-easy/Sunny-side-up (I'm from the south; we just call these "fried")

*Omelets
