This week is a great time to get some of the new link sausage options at the farm!
The options include Bratwurst, Mexican Chorizo, Apple Maple, Italian (sweet and hot), and Hot Dogs (which are a combination of pastured, non-GMO pork and grass-fed beef).
(I've got a great recipe for a soup using Mexican Chorizo, so that's what I will be getting this time!
So, fire up the grill (and your taste buds) and get ready to try some new meats from the farm!
