Hey, since we have plenty of milk and tempted y'all with the yummy idea of
making ice cream, we thought we should share our favorite ice cream recipe. We have a Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker that we just love. No fuss with ice and salt. Just freeze the bowls and you can have ice cream in 20 minutes! And with ingredients that are the best. I mean it is basically a health food :)
Vanilla Ice Cream
3 cups
cream
1 cup milk
1/2 cup Maple Syrup or Honey
1/2 to 1 tsp salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2-4 egg yolks
Blend with an immersion blender or wire whisk. Top with Muddy Moose and Sprouted
Pecans!
