easy breakfast for your company! We make it with freshly milled Einkorn flour. We have a lovely new stone mill that keeps the flour cool when milling for maximum nutrition. Recipe idea: add some drained yogurt to the pancake mix and make a stiff dough for making easy rolls. Brush with an egg wash and put poppy seeds on them for fancy rolls.Try it out!
