Farm Update

Hello Farm Friends,

Soon My Dad & Me Farm will be transitioning from our farm store to our Ga Co-op. Beginning July 2nd the farm store will close and we will begin taking orders that we will deliver from our Alabama farm.

Here is a picture of the home we will be purchasing next to David. Actually, David is going to move into this home with his four kids and Susan and I, along with Anna, will move into David's home since David's place is smaller.

Most of our farm friends are aware that since our son lost his sweet wife, Tina, we have been planning on moving to Alabama to assist him with his four little ones. The Lord has done quite a miracle and we will be selling the GA farm and purchasing the farm next door to David's farm in Alabama. All of this is scheduled to take place the last two days of this month and we are so excited, 68 more acres of grass, for a total of 130 acres, two more lakes for a total of five and two brick homes. My Dad & Me Farm is growing and we hope you will come grow with us!

This is a 10 acre hay field which will be a welcome addition to the farm since we are 100% grass fed.

We do have mixed feelings since we have been farming here for 15 years and have put down deep roots. Susan and I both graduated right here at South Cobb High School. In fact, Susan and I met when I was 13 and she was just 11 many moons ago. 41 years since we tied the knot and it gets better every year!

Melissa, who is already heading up our Birmingham Co-op will be cranking up the GA Co-op. If you have signed up to be a part of our on going farm goodies, then expect to hear from Melissa very soon. She has done a tremendous job for us here at My Dad & Me Family Farm and we are grateful that God sent her to lend a hand. Thank You, Melissa, for all you have done and for taking on this mammoth project to bring our products over to our wonderful farm friends in Georgia!
