This Saturday, May 19, is Chicken Processing Day. So, all of you who have ordered broiler chickens, please come to the farm between 4pm and 5:30pm to pick up your birds. Please be prompt, for it is a long day for all of us and even after delivering the birds we will still have to milk the cows and clean up. 

Don't forget to bring the balance of your payment per bird, which is $10 each as well as a freezer bag for each of your chickens. 

Look forward to seeing everyone on Saturday! We should have lots of onions, leeks, garlic, herbs, and even though strawberries are about to play out, we do have some of our naturally grown frozen strawberries in the freezer for smoothies!
