It is time for some delicious, GMO-free, soy free, organically fed, pastured chickens! If you have ordered for Saturday, June 8, would you please confirm by email that you will be here between 4:00 and 5:30pm on Saturday? Those that are scheduled to help us process broilers, please wear old clothes and be here at 8am. You can bring a snack for lunch and we should be wrapped up by 4pm. Look forward to seeing you all Saturday!

   Rabbit fryers are in full production now and David has recently loaded the freezer! Anna has some really nice recipes for cooking rabbit on our website so check 'em out and see what you think. She also has lots of other recipes of some of our favorite dishes (there are several pages of recipes....just click 'next page' to see more).

   My Dad & Me is now taking broilers order for August 3rd. Let us know if you would like to reserve some chickens by filling out a broiler order form or mailing your deposit.

   We got a wonderful shower last night and the gardens are really greening up nicely. Looking forward to some fresh tomatoes, squash, cucumbers and okra. Stay tuned!

   We are cautiously optimistic that the blackberries are going to do very well this year. We should be about 2 to 3 weeks away from fresh blackberries so, get your taste buds lathered up and ready!  :)
