Tomorrow, Saturday, September 28 is Chicken Processing Day. If you have ordered birds, would you please email us and confirm that you will be here tomorrow between 4 and 5:30pm to pick up your order. (This is  a really big help because it saves us lots of phone calls :) 

  David has done a beautiful job with the birds and it looks like we will be averaging between 5 and 6 pounds! I do not believe these birds are going to fit into a one gallon bag at least fit and be able to seal the bag. Don'f forget to bring your freezer bags (something larger than one gallon) and a cooler. We will have ice that we can share for anyone that needs it. 

  There are only two more processing dates after Saturday so be prepared to get your orders in to stock up for the winter months. Birds will not be available again until May of next year. We have a few more birds available for Oct. 26 so if you would like to order some send us an email.
