This Saturday, October 26th is Chicken Processing Day. If you have ordered birds, please email us to confirm that you will be here Saturday between 4 and 5:30pm to pick up your order. This is a really big help because it saves us lots of phone calls :) Don't forget to bring your freezer bags and a cooler. We will have ice that we can share for anyone that needs it. 

   We have 20 birds left for this Saturday (Oct. 26th).  If you would like to order a few or want to add extra birds to your existing order, send us an e-mail right away.  Let us know the quantity you'd like and confirm that you'll be here this Saturday (the deposit and balance can be paid together when you pick-up the birds).
