Hello Farm Friends,
We will have a limited quantity of Cider Hams
available over the holidays. These hams are from local, non-GMO fed hogs and are brined in local apple cider & sorghum syrup for 10 days. They are then smoked with pecan, apple, and hickory wood for 12 hours. The hams are ready to eat however, they can be put in the oven @ 250º F for about one and a half hours before serving if desired. Each half-a-ham is approx. 4 to 6 lbs. and will cost $15/lb. They will be ready for pick-up starting this Saturday, November 23rd and available thru the holidays.
If you would like to purchase a Cider Ham for Thanksgiving, please e-mail us right away to reserve one since there will only be a limited number available before Thanksgiving. In your e-mail to us, please let us know which day you plan to pick-up the ham.
