Hello Farm Friends,
Today begins our Philly Cheese Steak Special! When you buy any steak you will get two packs of cheese for the price of one!
One of our favorite treats is to slice up some steak, mushrooms and onions and sauté them in the iron skillet. We will melt some cheese and sour cream together in a double boiler for the sauce. Grill some crusty sour dough bread in butter on an iron
griddle. Smother the bread with steak, mushrooms, onions and cheese sauce. Mmmmmm! I usually have to eat mine with a fork :)
We will run this special for two weeks: today thru Monday, March 3rd.
