Tina has just stocked the freezer with lots of fresh grass fed beef and pastured pork. The snow recently got Riverview Farms a little behind but we got some wonderful cuts and ground burger today. Tomorrow is looking like a great day for putting some burgers on the grill!

Anna has a wonderful recipe for a Fajita Marinade. Susan is going to type it up and have some copies on the back porch tomorrow. Come on out and pick up a steak to make some Fajitas. Don't forget the Steak Special is still running so if you purchase one steak and one cheese at the regular price you get a second cheese of equal value absolutely free!

For those that would like to make ice cream, Susan has some extra milk for tomorrow. If you purchase two bottles and take all of the cream off the top of each that would get you enough cream along with some of the milk to make Anna's delicious Vanilla Maple Ice Cream.
