We all just wanted to say a word of thanks to everyone who read our very first blog post which my son David put together. We certainly appreciate the many kind words about the post and the music video. I think my grandson Willie stole the show and that made it even more special.    Also, today we are putting up our second blog post, so check out our latest entry! Each week we will be doing different things to keep it interesting. Some will be educational, some strictly entertaining and hopefully all will bring glory to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. All the members of the farm (Daniel, Susan, Anna, David, Tina and even Willie) will be contributing from time to time in order to present all perspectives of farm life. We'd love to have you sign up for our blog and join us as we move towards a simpler life.

   FARM UPDATE: Our May 17th broiler chicken processing day is full. Today we will start taking chicken orders for the June 14th pick up. You can email us your order and drop a check in the mail for the $10 per bird deposit or just stop by the farm and fill out a broiler order form.

   My Dad & Me Farm has a couple of cows and calves that we will be selling if anyone is interested. We have been blessed with an abundance of heifers and simply cannot house them all. So if you want to take a step towards sustainability, get yourself your own milk cow!
