Most of you are aware that My Dad & Me Farm is going up for sale Dec. 28 of this year. In an effort to spark some interest in the farm, we will be having an Open House this coming Saturday (Dec. 28th) from 12 noon to 3pm. If you have even a remote interest in the sale of the farm, please feel free to come join us. We will be doing an extended guided tour of the house and grounds starting around 12:15 so please be prompt. 

  We will take a look at each area of the farm and how it works together with the whole for maximum efficiency. We will be discussing scenarios of land management in order to meet different farming plans. 

  Some of you may be desirous of subsisting as a homestead, growing and producing all of your own food. Others of you may choose to create home based income for wife and children and some of you may choose to farm full time as we have making all of your living from the farm. All of these options are viable and create exciting opportunities for those with a desire to earn their own way off of the land. 

  Please come armed with pen and pad and be ready with your questions!

  For your information, we are now carrying Riverview Farms grass fed beef. It is non GMO but it does not carry the "certified naturally grown" stamp as did Indian Creek Angus beef. Some of you have already tried the beef and we just wanted to make the clarification since we are out of the Indian Creek Angus beef.
