Broiler Chicken Pick Up Saturday: Please Confirm by Email

Hello Farm Friends,

This Saturday, September 27th is Chicken Processing Day at the farm! Please confirm by email that you will be here between 4 and 5:30pm to pick up your birds. Don't forget to bring your freezer bags along with your cooler. We generally have plenty of ice that we can share, so don't purchase ice. We just end up throwing it out at the end of the day anyway.

My Dad & Me Farm is selling grass-fed lamb. We have got some really nice lamb chops as well as some ground that makes a delicious burger. With the days getting shorter, many of us are cranking back up cooking from scratch. Lamb provides a nice change of pace. We have really enjoyed having it.
