Hello Farm Friends,
We have some of the prettiest lettuce, beet greens, and spinach that we have ever grown. Basil and parsley are coming in as well. David and I will be picking all sorts of herbs and greens today and stocking the refrigerators to overflowing! So come on by the farm and stock up.
The Fermenting Class, that will be taught by Lyn Adler, is about half full. We still have room for 10
more people so if you've always wanted to learn how to make fermented foods but have been intimidated by the process, sign up today. The class will be held on Saturday, June 14 from 11am to 3pm at the farm, and the cost is $45 per person.
Also, we are speaking with Lyn about the possibility of offering some of her delicious fermented foods here at the farm. Most of us are desperately missing these high probiotic super foods in our diet and to have a clean source of
organic fermented veggies would be wonderful! We are doing our best to talk Lyn into doing this for all of us voluntarily, but if not, we may have to resort to brute force for the common good of man :) Sorry, Lyn, but we need you!
