Hello Farm Friends,
David and I have just stocked the refrigerator with some nice Swiss Chard, Lettuce, Beet Greens, Kale, Squash and Zucchini. We also have some nice Parsley and Thyme.
All who
signed up for the Fermenting Class don't forget tomorrow is the day. We'll get going at eleven am and it's shaping up to be a really neat time. The girls will be introducing our new Iron Skillet Bread so come with your taste-buds juiced up and ready to go! Lyn has really been doing her homework and should be able to fill us in on everything we would ever want to know about fermenting.
We had one cancellation for the class due to illness so if anybody
would like to take that spot shoot us an email tonight and we'll be glad to squeeze you in at the last minute.
For those of you who have not signed up for our blog please take a minute and do that
here; we enjoy reading your comments. Check out my latest post on '
Why do we work?' and look for Anna to post early next week with a fantastic peppermint-chocolate ice cream recipe! David and I have been making sure she gets it right. We will be taste testing again tonight... It's grueling work but that's farmin'!
Thanks for allowing us to be your farmers.
See you soon at the
farm,
Daniel
