Hello Farm Friends, This Saturday, June 6th
is Farm Chore Time here at My Dad & Me Farm. All of you who have signed up, please be here about 15 minutes before starting time. Those who signed up for the AM Session please be here around 9:45am and those that signed up for the PM Session please arrive around 2:45pm. We are looking forward to a fun day of grooming & milking the cows, slopping the hogs, making butter, collecting eggs, and learning how to raise broiler chickens.
The AM Session is sold out, but we do have some slots available for the 3-5pm Chore Time. If you would like to get in at the last minute, contact us by email and we will reserve a spot for you. This is a fantastic way to learn more about what goes on behind the scenes here at My Dad & Me Family Farm. Look forward to seeing you on

Our son, Jacob and his new bride, Maddy were married this weekend at the Berry College Frost Chapel. Congratulations to both of them as they start their new lives together as one! They flew out Sunday evening to Sidney, Australia for their honeymoon. Jacob and Maddy will be living in North Carolina for the next year or so with hopes of having their own farm down the road. Jacob will be practicing veterinary medicine at Willowrun Veterinary
Hospital in Smithfield, NC. We love you both, Jacob and Maddy and look forward to seeing you in a couple of weeks!
Bring your appetites when you come out to the farm. We have beautiful zucchini, yellow squash, banana peppers, cucumbers, lettuce, kale, and swiss chard coming in abundantly. The rains have been absolutely wonderful for the gardens. Come on out for some fresh veggies! See you soon at the farm,
