Saturday, Susan will be introducing a new Einkorn Pancake Mix. All you have to do is add milk and they are ready to throw on the griddle. This is a great mix because the Einkorn affords people with gluten sensitivities to enjoy grain again and what better way to have grain than to enjoy pancakes with a little butter and maple syrup!
