Hello Farm Friends, The drought has been making it very difficult for farmers. Riverview Farms, that supplies us with grass fed beef, has had to resort to irrigation in order to finish their cows on fresh grass. We appreciate their attention to detail in producing the best grass-fed beef we've ever tasted here at My Dad & Me Family
Farm.
Susan has stocked the freezer full of steaks, roasts, and plenty of beautiful ground beef. I know that many of you have been waiting as we have for fresh burger, so come on by the farm and stock up. Our new flock of laying hens that David and Tina are moving through the pastures are producing wonderfully. We have
plenty of organically-fed, GMO-free, soy-free, pastured eggs. Crack a few of these next to the supermarket eggs and you'll be shocked at the visible difference. Then, take a bite and you won't believe how much better they taste. Isn't God good to give us these prepackaged little wonders that help us sustain life here on earth!
This Saturday, Oct. 15th is broiler chicken pick up day. If you have ordered chickens, please respond with an
email that you will be here between 5 and 6pm to pick up your dinner.
We only have one more processing date for this year. Today, we will begin taking orders for our Saturday, October 29th
processing date. If you would like birds over the winter, please get your orders in promptly.

12th at 9am for the Home Milking Class on milking your own cow. This class will run till 11am and then Susan will be doing a class from 11am to 12pm Out of This World Sweets without Sugar. Classes are $10 per person per class and free to all Platinum and Gold Members.
We have had a great time fellowshipping with our
