Hello Farm Friends,
Susan will be doing her Butter and Kefir Class at 11am Saturday morning. She still has some spots available, so if you would like to join in, send us an email and we'll be glad to include you! Those participating in the class will receive a nice milk coupon so they can get started making delicious butter and healing kefir. We would love to have you come be a part of our Country Education Classes here at My Dad & Me

We still have plenty of sweet corn in the fridges on the back porch. It is almost impossible to find organic sweet corn so don't pass up this great opportunity. Grab a few bags and freeze it. It freezes extremely well. Just boil for a couple of minutes and then throw the cobs straight into a freezer bag. Come get some while the supply lasts.
Tomatoes are at their peak and nice & sweet. We have an abundance of Juliet grape, Roma, and plenty of beautiful slicing tomatoes. It is time to make salsa, marinara sauce and of course BLT's!
