Hello Farm Friends,

   The beautiful weather has made the collards grow and so the refrigerator is full. The previous freeze has made them super sweet :)

     Even though I still eat grains, I enjoy Susan's Grain Free Chocolate Chip Cookies over any other dessert. I sat down to a plate of cookies and cold Jersey milk last night!

     We are really enjoying the Bratwurst from Stony Mountain Ranch as well as their delicious Hot Dogs. Get out into the sunshine and make the most of this warm day. Come on by the farm!
