Anna has made her Pumpkin Spice Bars for the Thanksgiving season. They have the flavor of Pumpkin Pie. They are great for a grain free energy bar and a lot better tasting!
We finally have some extra milk available today. We have had two calves in the last month. A little girl named Hazel and a little boy we
call Eugene. These milks are first come first served so swing by the farm and pick up some fresh milk along with some delicious Pumpkin Spice bars.
Today we have some really nice tender lettuce, fresh picked as well as some Arugula and a little bit of Kale. Thursday, Susan and I planted
the rest of the winter crops in the back garden. We sure are looking forward to the Collards coming in.
David and Tina's twin girls Heidi and Laura are about to top the scales at 7 pounds. Little peanut and noodle!
