Hello Farm Friends, Today we have some wonderful fresh Apple Maple Sausages. Steve at Stony Mountain Ranch does a great job with his pastured pork and we are thankful to be paired up with his farm. We also have some delicious Kielbasa, Bratwurst, Sweet Italian and the best Hot Dogs you've ever eaten! We even have the sauerkraut to go with all this juicy pork. The
freezer is loaded up today so come stock up. We have some really nice new raw milk cheeses available. I really love the cave cheeses. We have that in Gouda, Gruyere and Tomme. We also
have some flavored cheeses that I've been enjoying. The olive Muffaletta is really special. We have a Chive and Dill and also a Garlic and Herb. All these new cheeses are grass fed, raw milk, organic and of extremely high quality and did I say 'out of this world'! The collards have gotten some good frost. So they are extra sweet and tender. Throw in a little pork and you've got some good Southern
eatin'. We have Kale, Lettuce and Brussel Sprout Greens too.
Our son Jacob and his wife Maddy were blessed with a beautiful, healthy baby boy they named Ellis William. Anna was able to make the trip to North Carolina along with her sister Leah and Leah's husband Michael to visit. While they were there, Anna took some great shots so we thought we'd share a few of them. Daniel and Susan are excited to meet him when they come for Christmas in a couple of weeks!!
