Hello Farm Friends,
Our twin dwarf baby goats now have names. Thank you Holly Lloyd and all of our other dear farm friends that sent us suggestions. All of them were very cute and we enjoyed the input immensely. Anna has made up her mind about what we will call the two girls. Our brown eyed girl we are calling Holly and her blue eyed sister is
Ivy. They are about 3 and 1/2 months old and love to have their voices heard.
If you would like to come by and feed the girls, Susan has placed some cups of goat feed and chicken feed inside the store. They are 50 cents each and we have a feeder that can be accessed just outside of the pen. At this time, we are asking everyone to stay outside of the goat and chicken pen. In the future, we may offer opportunities for our farm friends to
mingle with the animals but for now, let's start with some interaction from outside the gate.
Susan has stocked the store with an array of delicious Sprouted and Crispy Pecans, Almonds, Sunflower Seeds and Walnuts. She and Anna will be handing out
samples today so we would like you to come test out these delicious snacks. We have been test tasting and loving every minute of it!
My favorite is the Maple Glazed Pecans, Susan is in love with Apple Pie Pecans, Anna really liked the Mesquite Smoked and of course many of you have already tried the Crispy, Sprouted, Soaked and Dehydrated Salted Pecans. Come try all the different varieties!
See you soon at the farm,
Daniel, Susan, & Anna David, Tina, Willie, Ellie, Heidi and Laura |
